Retail MIS Officer

Main role

• Review and provide regular (daily, weekly and monthly) performance reports for retail products and channels.
• Develop multiple reports while minimizing manual intervention.
• Implement and calculate scorecards and incentive schemes versus KPIs for the concerned channels.
• Develop different types of dashboards.
• Support and handle requests from all retail products and channels; produce ad hoc reports for management or retail business lines.
• Track actual versus plan performance.

Job requirements

• University degree.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Access and PowerPoint); hands-on Power BI experience is a plus.
• Good analytical skills; retail banking background.
• 2-4 years of experience in the same field.
