Accounts

• One person, one account. Use your real name and details; we verify email, phone and LinkedIn for talents and the work domain for companies.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• We may pause or close accounts that break these terms, impersonate others or put users at risk.

For talents

• meska Jobs is free for talents.
• Matches are recommendations, not offers. Hiring decisions are made by the companies.
• Only apply to roles you genuinely want, and keep your profile accurate.

For companies

• Post real, open roles at your own company. No fees to applicants, no recruitment for third parties without saying so, no contact details in descriptions.
• Use talent data only to recruit for the role you contacted them about, and handle it lawfully. Don’t copy profiles out of the platform in bulk.
• Treat candidates fairly. Discriminatory listings or decisions are not allowed.
• We may review, hold or remove listings that break these rules.

Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to host it, show it to the people it’s meant for, and process it to provide matching. Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading or that you don’t have the right to share.

The service

We work hard to keep meska Jobs available and accurate, but provide it as is. We aren’t a party to any employment relationship and aren’t liable for decisions made by talents or companies. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
