Who we are

meska Jobs (jobs.meska.ai) is run by meska Ai. For anything about your data, email info@meska.ai.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash by our auth provider), time zone, role.
• Talent profile: phone number, LinkedIn URL, location, experience, headline and summary, job titles, skills, work preferences, salary expectations if you add them, CV and photo if you upload them.
• Companies: company details, website domain, the work email of each member, job listings.
• Activity: matches, saves, applications and their status, emails we send you and whether they were delivered or opened.
• Technical: pages viewed and actions taken, device type and a one-way hash of your IP address (we never store the raw IP).

Why we use it

• To match you: our engine compares titles, skills, seniority, location and industry, and stores the score with the reasons shown to you.
• To verify people and companies and keep scams off the platform.
• To send the emails you expect: verification, application updates, and at most one digest a day (you can turn digests off).
• To measure and improve the service and our advertising (see Cookies).

Who can see what

• Companies see a talent only when that talent matches one of their live jobs or applies to one. Before you say yes, they see your profile: name, photo, headline, summary, skills, experience, location and availability.
• Your phone, email, LinkedIn and CV reach a company only when you apply to one of its jobs (all four) or accept its contact request (only what you tick). No other company sees them.
• You can take them back any time in Privacy settings; the company loses access at once. Anything it already copied can’t be erased.
• You can switch company contact off: you won’t appear in companies’ matches and no one can send you requests. Companies you apply to still see your details.
• meska staff can access data to run, support and secure the service; every such access to restricted data is logged.

Service providers

We use processors that handle data only on our instructions:

• Supabase (database and authentication, EU — Frankfurt).
• Cloudflare R2 (file storage for CVs and images; CVs are private and served only through short-lived signed links).
• Vercel (hosting).
• Resend (sending email).
• Anthropic and our embeddings provider (reading job descriptions to tag them; talent profiles are summarised into vectors for matching, not used to train their models).
• Meta (ad measurement, with hashed identifiers; you can opt out).

How long we keep it

• While your account is active.
• When you delete your account, it is hidden immediately and permanently erased, including files, after 30 days.
• Accounts that never verify their email are erased after 30 days.
• Data exports you request are deleted 24 hours after the link expires.

Your choices and rights

• Edit your profile and preferences at any time.
• Download everything we hold about you from Account settings → Export my data.
• Delete your account from Account settings.
• Unsubscribe from digests and updates with one click in any email.
• For anything else — correction, objection, or a question — email info@meska.ai and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security in the database, so each person and company can only reach their own data; contact details are never exposed to companies.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
