Project Manager (Core Banking System)

Main role

• Drive the organization's strategy, align teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and deliver multiple complex projects, e.g. the Core Banking System.
• Determine the scope, business/technical objectives and critical success factors of implementation projects.
• Prepare and communicate the project plan with the vendor and project team; manage execution within the agreed SOW and timeframe.
• Plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources; coordinate and monitor cross-project activities.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities; apply change, risk and resource management; resolve project scope issues.
• Prepare reports for the PMO director and project stakeholders.

Job requirements

• Proven experience as a program manager on at least 2 core banking solution implementations across all project phases (Temenos T24 highly recommended).
• Minimum 8 years in a similar role delivering large/complex enterprise software projects for financial services.
• University degree in Information Technology or equivalent; experience managing IT-technical and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and fluency in English; strong financial and business acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project; PMP / PRINCE2 certification or equivalent is a plus.
