Liabilities Product Manager

Main role

• Develop, implement and manage a compelling Retail Banking portfolio of liability products for foreign and local currencies, ensuring product profitability.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initiation to launch.
• Monitor, assess and report on new and existing product frameworks in line with the bank's strategy, targets and budget.
• Develop business cases with market assessment, current market practices, product offerings and customer insights.
• Responsible for P/L by maximizing profits and controlling expenses; liaise with Finance Planning & Analytics on product profitability reports.
• Ensure each touchpoint across the customer journey is efficient and effective; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal relationships with Technology, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and others.

Job requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in liabilities.
• Retail banking background with knowledge of customer segments and behavior, retail bank operations, processes and controls.
• Experience in consumer insight and product development techniques.
