Liabilities Acquisition Manager

Main role

• Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Drive liabilities portfolio growth by attracting deposits and managing CASA, call accounts and term deposits.
• Ensure cost-effective fund management by optimizing the cost of funds.
• Promote and cross-sell Cash Management and Transactional Finance products and services.
• Support product innovation in collaboration with TB, Treasury and Corporate Banking teams.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding with full KYC and regulatory compliance.

Job requirements

• University degree with 6-8 years of experience in corporate banking, sales or client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; proven ability to deliver business growth while ensuring compliance and portfolio quality.
