Infrastructure & Solution Architect

Main role

• Find the best tech solution among all possible to solve existing business problems.
• Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend improvements.
• Responsible for infrastructure design, systems analysis, security, data center operation, network and voice communication.
• Act as expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design and delivery of IT solutions; drive short- and long-term infrastructure and technology strategy.
• Assess the business impact of technical choices; collaborate with the IT development team so architectural solutions are translated into robust implementations.
• Design reusable assets, components, standards and frameworks to support API and integration projects; design infrastructure blueprints for new solutions.
• Advise the delivery team on performance, scalability, reliability and monitoring; work with SMEs and other architects to validate the integration design.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking; strong technical, design and architecture skills.
• Experience in system architecture principles, patterns, processes and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile methodologies is a must; previous banking and financial domain experience.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills; strong written and oral communication skills.
