Main role Midbank is seeking fresh graduates to start their careers in the banking sector. Selected candidates will support daily operations, perform assigned tasks and ensure accuracy in their work. They will work closely with different teams, follow bank policies and procedures, and develop their professional skills through hands-on experience. Job requirements Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; good command of English. High level of professionalism and commitment; willingness to learn and grow.
