Direct Sales Officer

Main role

• Face-to-face customer-facing role to generate revenue by delivering bank products and sales fulfilment to customers who meet the bank's criteria.
• Primary focus on multiple products, cross-sell opportunities based on customer need, and referrals where necessary.
• Arrange appointments with potential customers to offer Midbank products and services; share customer and prospect feedback with internal teams.
• Provide the Sales Manager with daily reports of visits: sales achievements, issues and challenges, customer feedback and suggestions.
• Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections; collaborate with team members; follow bank policy and regulations; deliver service to MIDBANK standards.

Job requirements

• University graduate.
• 3 years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in English; excellent knowledge of MS Office.
