UI/UX Designer – Mobile Applications

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end design experience of Argaam On, our mobile application. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly mobile experiences, from initial user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for iOS and Android applications, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Simplify complex financial information into clear, intuitive mobile interfaces, including charts, tables, and financial statements.
• Create and optimize bilingual user experiences for Arabic and English, ensuring seamless right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) layouts.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Use user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing insights to continuously improve the user experience.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and developer handoffs, and review implementations to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, mobile design trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Proven experience designing applications launched on both iOS and Android.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile design projects, from research and concept development to launched products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, prototyping, and managing large collaborative design files.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to design systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile usability principles and iOS/Android design guidelines.
• Experience designing bilingual Arabic and English interfaces, including RTL layouts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Fintech, Investment Platforms, or Financial News Applications.
• Native or professional proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience with subscription-based applications, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and A/B testing.

A portfolio showcasing relevant mobile application projects is required.
