Integration Developer

Main role

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve middleware services consumed by several business solutions.
• Deploy applications on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Gather requirements and translate them into design/code; define technical requirements and their relationship to functional requirements.
• Create detailed technical documentation (e.g., ICDs, mapping sheets and IRDs); maintain and support services after go-live; troubleshoot middleware issues.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment; collaborate with managers, business analysts, owners and key stakeholders.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering; 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of design and development using IBM IIB v10 or IBM ACE; solid experience with IBM MQ, SOAP and REST services, XML/JSON, ESQL, DB, Java and SSL security.
• Integration solutions experience (API, ETL, ESB); messaging middleware including Apache Kafka; IBM DataPower gateway; API management applications such as IBM APIC, MuleSoft, CA Layer7.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Gitlab, Jenkins) and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro); managed file transfer technologies.
• Microservices, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift experience; integration with Temenos T24 and AS400 CBS systems is preferable; banking experience is preferred.
