[TEST] Senior Digital Banking Officer

Main role Collaborate closely with IT and business managers on digital banking development initiatives. Own the entire lifecycle of the Internet and mobile banking channels, from ideation and development to maintenance and strategic evolution. Conduct market research on evolving customer needs and competitor strategies. Formulate and execute the Internet and Mobile Banking strategy, including key business drivers, new initiative launches, customer journey optimization and data-driven pricing. Facilitate client feedback integration with the branch team; collaborate with Product Development on the design and launch of new products and services; oversee project implementation. Create and deliver digital banking training for bank employees. Monitor and test the Bank's digital platforms, escalate issues to vendors, and manage digital banking and core system vendors against SLAs. Develop campaign proposals for digital channels; track and analyze digital customer productivity and product usage. Document user requirements, operating procedures and guidelines; keep management updated on significant client issues and potential new product offerings. Job requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in digital banking. Goal oriented and able to work under pressure; works well in a team and independently; excellent communication and presentation skills.
