[TEST] AIX System Administrator

Main role Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM AIX servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Install, configure and manage IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ, including HA and DR configurations. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement performance enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Perform routine system backups and recovery procedures; ensure system security by applying best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities. Provide on-call support and respond to system emergencies; document system configurations, procedures and changes. Job requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience as an IBM AIX System Administrator. Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ in single and HA mode, and with IBM Storage. Strong knowledge of IBM Power Servers and AIX administration including performance tuning and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
